Théodule-Armand Ribot

Théodule-Armand Ribot was a French psychologist who helped establish experimental psychology as an academic field in France. He taught at the Sorbonne and became professor of experimental psychology at the Collège de France in 1888. His influential studies examined heredity, memory, will, personality, attention, and emotion, often linking mental life to physiological processes.
