Rich Brian

Rich Brian is an Indonesian rapper, producer, and songwriter who emerged internationally through the viral 2016 single “Dat $tick.” His music developed from internet-driven novelty toward more personal, genre-blending hip-hop, particularly on the albums *Amen* and *The Sailor*. Born Brian Imanuel Soewarno in Jakarta, he became a prominent figure in 88rising’s Asian hip-hop movement and helped bring Indonesian artistry to a global audience.
