Pierre Karl Péladeau

Pierre Karl Péladeau is a Canadian business executive who joined his family’s Québecor enterprise in 1985 and became its president and chief executive officer in 1999. Under his leadership, Québecor expanded through major acquisitions including Vidéotron and Groupe TVA, strengthening its position in media, telecommunications, and entertainment. He later served as a Parti québécois member of Québec’s National Assembly and party leader before returning to Québecor’s top executive role in 2017.
