Pedro Paulet

Pedro Paulet was a Peruvian engineer and diplomat whose work helped establish early ideas in rocket propulsion. He studied applied chemistry in Paris and explored liquid-propellant rocket engines, later designing the proposed “Avión Torpedo.” His legacy rests on linking engineering, chemistry, and astronautics decades before spaceflight became practical.
