Henryk Łubieński

Henryk Łubieński (1793–1883) was a Polish financier, industrialist, and economic activist who helped establish the Towarzystwo Kredytowe Ziemskie and served as vice president of Bank Polski. He supported industrial development in Congress Poland, including initiatives connected with Żyrardów’s textile industry. His public career ended after his 1842 dismissal from the bank and a later conviction that led to exile in Kursk.
